Owners: Brent & Jill Thompson

Brent & Jill have two young children and wanted to offer something positive for the children.   Not just for our own, but for the children in the community as well.   We’re like any parents; want the best for our kids.  We want them to have fun, be healthy and happy!   We enjoy the opportunity to have a positive impact on a child's life while fostering a love and enjoyment for fitness that they can carry throughout their lives. 

 Jill was born & raised in South Florida. She graduated from the Florida Atlantic University - with Bachelors degree in Communication and Minor in Sociology.  She has previously worked in the hotel industry as an Activities Director and Youth Coordinator.  Jill has been actively involved in sports her entire life from playing, training, coaching and mentoring. 

Brent currently works as a Tow Boat Captain.  He has previously worked in the fitness industry as personal trainer.  Brent’s years of training have taught him the importance of role modeling, patience, and positive feedback.

We know through play that children develop important building blocks for life: Encourages independence, builds self-confidence, improves coordination, and strengthens motor skills.  The greatest joy is to build children’s confidence and develop their love of fitness!  Our goal is to make Fitness FUN!

Qualifications Include: Certification in CPR/First Aid for infants, children, and adults, Certified Fitness Instructor from the Fitness Institute, and a Certificate in Child Care Licensing
